Throwdown

I have been trying to study all morning but I am just not feeling so hot! It's making it hard to focus. So I'll blog instead, because I busted out my camera last night for the first time in 6 months and I actually have pictures to put up!

My newest guilty pleasure is watching MMA. Jan got me hooked on it while we were dating and I seriously really like watching it. So when Jan told me his friend Max got us tickets on the floor at the fights in Salt Lake - I was so excited!

I've been feeling really sick, so I should've said no - but I wanted to go too bad. And I'm glad I did because it was a really fun night.

(It was so funny to watch Jan talk to him. He was like a little kid, he was so excited. Trying to make small talk the way people try to make small talk with Jan about football. Hilarious.)

There weren't even that many awesome fights - some were really boring actually. But just being down on the floor and seeing all of the people and having the octagon so close was super fun.

Don't worry that we saw D-Will from the Jazz, and I definitely made eye-contact with him. And then Jan was like "I just caught D-Will checking you out!" Haha. I'm a baller guys, what can I say?

It was a really fun night. Jan and I haven't just gone out and done something fun like that in a long time. I'm really glad we went.
